Amaq Consulting Limited was created by individuals at the top of their professions combining over 50 years of IT expertise and experience at all levels.

We believe in old-fashioned values about service and customer care. We work tirelessly to find ways of helping your business make the most of your investment in IT. We provide all our contract clients free strategic advice and quarterly reviews to make sure that we are always working together to find the best ways of utilising IT.

Our Approach

We do not have a sales team. As such we can only do things using our professionals. We will first assess your needs thoroughly and honestly without the accompanying sales pitch.

Initially we carry out an analysis, which includes:

• A thorough study of your requirements in detail
• An in-depth strategic review of your past and current investment
• Your current and future business direction
• Your IT awareness/skill base
• A study of your competitors and how they utilise IT
• Establishment of your software and hardware inventory
• An evaluation of your IT assets and your vulnerability with regard to disaster recovery, insurance, backup strategies and emergency planning

Based on this we jointly agree a plan of action. That enables us to draw up a service agreement best suit your needs. It will include a combination of:

• Guaranteed, fixed, regular on-site visits agreed between us to cover your needs
• Guaranteed unlimited telephone support
• Guaranteed remote access support
• Guaranteed emergency cover
• One, two, four or eight hour response arrangement as suitable for you
• Total coverage of all your hardware, software and applications
• Liaison, procurement and monitoring of your external suppliers, e.g. BT, ISPs, broadband suppliers on your behalf as part of our service
• We also give you a “peace of mind" guarantee
